What’s up everyone? Did you have a solid week? You better have…Andrew and I have been busy with our inner circle of guinea pigs trying out our “6 Weeks to Shredded” << (hit us up only if you are interested in getting jacked at the elite level) fat loss program, so excuse us for no new content last week. If you. yaaa you..would like to hear whether or not our program fits your needs and goals, email us at showmestrength@gmail.com for detailed information.

Anyways, given it’s been 2 weeks since a monday motivation post, we’ve gathered quite a few great articles and such for you to devour. Here they are. Enjoy!

Are You Wasting Time? by Jason Ferruggia –  Jason is one of the most successful and influential strength coaches in the world as we speak. I follow his popular Renegade Diet pretty religiously these days, and make sure to never miss a post of his. Considering he has logged several decades under the bar, something I always pay attention to with folks I’ve never met, his articles always seem to make sense to me. He gets it. He embraces the process…the struggle…the iron…Here is a great, short read from Mr. Ferruggia about wasting precious time..Something none of us want to ever do.

Eric Thomas & His Speech to NC State’s Football Team - If you haven’t heard of this guy, you must be living under a fucking rock. Eric epitomizes and brings to life the word “grind” in this badass speech to a division one football squad.

Elite Wisdom by Dave Tate - I’m really not sure much else needs to be said in regards to remaining motivated in the weight room. It’s incredible how so many people from so many different walks of life share the same facility for personal growth. Something different brings each and every one of us into that building, the gym. We all have different demons we wish to expel there. Whether or not we do is up to us.  See if Dave’s article doesn’t relate to you in one way or another. Try and find bridges from both your mental and physical existence.

How to Start a New Habit and Keep it for Life by Nate Green – Not a single soul reading these words doesn’t want to improve themselves. You clicked on this link for a reason. You want to be inspired. You want to be the best you can be. None of us think of ourselves as a final product. Our colleague Nate has been one of our biggest influencers from a writing perspective, and his knowledge for improving one’s self-mastery is sensational. My only wish is that he would write more often. This post is short and sweet, but hits home on a big subject…habits.
